Dutch Glow - I tried to order just one.
I tried ordering on line for one bottle with sprayer and one bottle with Nozzle. My shipment arrived and it had twelve (12) bottles with an invoice for $107.70.

Smells Awful

I used this product on my kitchen cabinets and while it did clean the wood, it performed no better than other products I have used and was more expensive than most. But worst of all it left behind a terrible smell that has lingered for two days! The odor is best described as a cross between ammonia and perspiration soaked t nylon shirt after it has dried. I even tried to use another product with a pleasant almond smell hoping to remove or at least mask the odor, but no luck. I am going to try white vinegar and water next.

What a scam. The phone number doesn't even allow you to speak to anyone.

It said all circuits are busy and then beep beep beep. Buyers don't buy. They charge you for the second bottle even if you don't want it. I ordered one bottle and they tacked on another bottle with another 7.95 shipping and handling with other charges.

34.99 was charged to my credit card. I had to cancel my card.

Its a scam people. Do not order this product unless you don't mind paying double.

Guest

I too experienced the same thing. However, I was able to cancel my order by calling 844 764 ****.

I tried to do it immediately, but was advised i would have to call back later because customer service did not get the information right away. I called back after about 1.5 hours and was able to cancel easily

Guest

good customer service but only after long on-hold time. Off the shelf cleaners @$1.00 per bottle will excel versus this product.

This product is a $34.38 headache and inconvenience.

Now I have to trek to the post office to return. I cannot recommend this product EVER.

Guest

Its 14.99 before shipping and handling charges are applied they tell you that on the infomercial and the website its not false advertising.

Actually, no. There is a $2.00 web surcharge. If you take "advantage" of their "double your order offer" it ends up costing $38.00 for two bottles

Guest

the difference is probably postage. It states postage for the original order and then just pay S/H for the extra bottle provided "free".

That probably adds up to the $35.

Everyone gets you with the "just pay for the S/H for the extra free product". Just my opinion.

I agree with your comment but think they were either probably very mad or using their speaker phone and talking into that. I've done that and was horrified when I saw what actually was typed as opposed to what I actually said.

Had to resend it correctly and apologize.

I don't use speaker phone for texts or messages any more...once was enough. Have a nice day!

PS: I have never ordered nor used this product.

Just trying to figure if anyone has used it successfully. I am unclear why you are commenting when you haven't used it or ordered

Very disappointing

I had good experience when Iived in the USA. I have a second home in London UK. This year When I was in n Florida I bought your product to bring with me to London from Bed Bath & Beyond. I was very disappointed the product was very useless. Nothing like the one I bought from your advert on TV when I was in Florida. My name is Sophie Glover my email address is sophieazg@***.com. I hope you can explain to me if you changed the formula. Thanks for your help Best regards S Glover

Disappointed Customer

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I am disappointed with my order also. The bottles are tiny. The shipping & handling cost $17.94 which is more than the items sold for at $10. I have ordered a lot on-line and never have paid this much for items weighing less than a pound and delivered by the Postman. I have placed orders before from Dutch Glow but I will no longer in the future. Unsatisfied customer. I have tried to use but there is not enough in the bottles to cover the items that I need to apply them too. This is not what I expected and choose never to purchase anything else.

This comment is obviously a poor attempt at getting “compensation” from the manufacturer.

Dutch Glow is a fraud

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I bought this at the urging of my mother after she saw the commercials magically showing this product melting away years of caked on grease and grime. This stuff is ineffective and a complete fraud. I received the product, mixed it exactly as it directed and tried using it and it didn't even loosen the grease in burner pans from my stove which I bought it for. I tried more of the product and nothing. It is the worst thing I ever bought and I warn ANYONE NOT TO BUY IT! This product is one of the worst ever advertised since the lying advertisements on the back pages of comic books in the 60's.

Glow Tonic Company-SCAM! They WILL lie right on their "recorded" line!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
The EXACT same thing happened to my mother. Unfortunately, she purchased these products (unbeknownst to her, she was being charged left and right for things she did not want). The total charged was over $85. My Mom has hearing issues so I immediately called her bank at BB&T. I asked them to decline payment but they advised they couldn't do that with a debit card (that's another issue that will be addressed). I then immediately called this scam of a company and was "reassured" that my Morhers card would not be charged until it was ready for shipping, which would be in 4-6 weeks. Since this was a holiday weekend, I had to call CS on Tuesday. Well, guess who's card was charged that night? I'm disgusted with this company & I see I'm certainly not the only one.

Lesson Learned!

I just received my free double order that started with the cost of $11.99 plus shipping and handling, only to find out that the charges to my credit card will be $54.78. The problem I had on the phone was an overzealous automated voice that kept telling me I qualified for a trip to Orlando. Florida......REALLY! After I said no, I was informed that WOW, I now was authorized for a week in Vegas...YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING! It was so frustrating, but when I tried to cancel my order, the voice got louder and offered a free cruise, at which point I hung up! I do understand some people think I am an ***, but I had bought and liked the wood cleaner, which I bought at the store. All I wanted was something to clean my glass stove-top. Being a teacher, I just do not have the time or energy to fight this disgraceful company. But I will NEVER make this mistake again!!!!

Product does not work as advertised.

I received the product as ordered in less than the delivery time expected. The product arrived as described. The solution was made per directions, one ounce in the sprayer with water added to fill. I sprayed my oven hood and it did remove grime although some extra attention was required. The true test, however, was on a frying pan that has been used for years and had scorching and burned on buildup on the exterior. I followed the directions and then added some of the tonic directly on the pan. Used the metal scrubber that was included. Did remove some, but not anything near what was shown on the commercial. There is absolutely nothing special about this product and I would not buy it again.

How did they get the results they claimed?I watched the video... I sprayed and sprayed and nothing happened. The grease and grime did not magically run down the side of the item I was cleaning!!
